ABOUT THE FIRM
Jessie Lundberg, Attorney at Law
I began working in the area of consumer financial protection back in 2003, as a HUD-approved foreclosure prevention specialist and financial educator. Since that time, I have helped countless Montanans with financial legal issues including credit report problems, bankruptcy, debt collection defense, foreclosure, landlord-tenant disputes, and more. My passion is helping everyday people defend their legal rights when it comes to their finances and housing.

Nationally-certified financial educator and foreclosure prevention specialist with Homeword
Helped found the Montana Financial Education Coalition and the Montana Alliance for Responsible Finance to promote financial education and fair lending practices in Montana.
Drafted and lobbied for anti-predatory lending laws at the Montana Legislature.
